A little about me...
It's 2012 and that means it's my 9th year as a website designer. I've worked as a web and print designer for a national media company, have worked as the Ambassador of Social Response for UnCollege.org, freelancer, consultant of start ups, founder of multiple communities and am on a mission to find a job in Boulder, CO!
Since joining UnCollege as Ambassador of Social Response in June, the fan page has grown from 200 to 5,000 users and twitter followers from 100 to 1,500)

I've since stepped down from my role but still maintain an active role in promoting UnCollege to anyone who will listen.

If I started a business
If I started a business, that business would:
- Solve a basic human need/problem
- Reward employees for the most out of the box idea
- Define success in terms of creativity and problem solving, not necessarily numbers
- Encourage collaboration by breaking down barriers, literally. No cubicles allowed. Send them out in the real world early and often.
- Use open-source and create open-source
- Never settle for less than perfection
